Downloading Documents

  • Download a file from the WebTop.
  • Archives the file when downloading from the inbox.

IMPORTANT NOTE: You must configure your pop-up blocker/browser's download settings to permit download.

  • The [ Download ] button is available in all mailbox views.
  • If a file is downloaded form the INBOX mailbox view the file will be automatically moved to the INBOX_ARCHIVE.
  • Even though multiple selections in the grid are allowed, download will only act upon the first selected row.
