Welcome to the EasyLink® Services International Corporation's B2B Management Center Help

The B2B Management Center [B2BMC] is a highly sophisticated and versatile Internet-based electronic commerce (EC) solution for you and your Trading Partners. The system is designed to provide a cost-effective alternative to traditional Value Added Network [VAN] EDI [Electronic Data Interchange] users. It is a powerful, yet easy to understand, tool for new EC participants. Most importantly, as users, you can access and flexibly manage your exchanged files and perform the most commonly used self-provisioning tasks using a web browser.

Currently this tool is intended to supplement -- though in the case of the Document Manager, it parallels -- the management capabilities available in our legacy management Applet. Over time the functions present within the Applet will be migrated to this interface.

You are not required to access this tool on a daily basis. Many of you rely on our free EasyLink Alert Notification System - a powerful tool that will alert you to any EDI Structure errors with your EDI data or other errors -- i.e. " Invalid Trading Partner Relationships" -- via email, pager or fax (.25 per page charge applies for fax alerts). If you do not make use of the Alert Notification System please contact Customer Support if you would like to set up this service.

Supported Web browsers

Supported browsers include IE7* and greater and all current versions of Google Chrome and Firefox.

*Newer versions of IE are recommended.

A note about the 'Zoom' feature of example images

This documentation makes extensive use of images in the form of highlighted, annotated screen captures to illustrate the subject being documented. When an image needs to be wider than a certain threshold, this documentation will automatically provide a smaller resized image, along with the ability to view the original/larger image by clicking the "Zoom" link that is automatically included at the lower-right of the image.

If you are using an older web browser and click the link in the lower right hand corner to expand the image, make sure you first maximize the browser window or use F11 to toggle the browser in and out of full-screen mode. The image may appear less legible in older browsers when the image is expanded in an un-maximized browser window than when viewing the smaller auto resized image.
