Using the Document Manager to Find Linked Transactions

  • Easily launch the Transaction Links application from the Document Manager

(1) View Trx Links...This button will launch and populate the Transaction Links application when a row of supported set type is selected

  • Mouse over the button to reveal the supported set types.
  • Must have a row selected before clicking the button.
  • Not all set types are supported. To see which set types are supported, mouse over the button to reveal the list in a tooltip. Clicking this button while an unsupported set type is selected will produce an information dialog message and not launch the Transaction Links app.

(2) Doc Key...The document key column gets populated in the Doc Key field.

(3) Key Type...The set type in the Document Manager is mapped to the equivalent set type description in the Transaction Links application. For example, a set type of 810 will be mapped to "Invoice" in the Key Type dropdown.
