Generated Report Grid

  • The grid is a log of generated reports during your logged-in session.
  • Provides report generation status: pending, successful or unsuccessful.
  • View criteria used to generate the report.
  • Re-open a previously generated report.

  • Upon pressing the 'Generate' button, a record will be added to the grid with the Url column reading 'pending' as it is generated.
  • The grid record will be changed to a link that reads 'view report' if report generation is successful, or text that reads 'unsuccessful' if the report generation failed (see the image below).
  • The generated report will automatically be opened in a new window or tab, depending on how your Web Browser is configured to open new windows.

IMPORTANT NOTE: You must permit pop-up windows from the B2B Management Center to view generated reports. Depending on how your browser is configured, instead of seeing the generated report, you may see a pop-up alert displayed. All browsers display differently. However, in all cases configure the pop-up blocker to allow new report windows or tabs to be opened by the site. This is the same case as with viewing documents from the Document Manager.   • As seen in the grid above annotated with a green outline, the "Report URL" column will change to a link that reads 'view report' if report generation is successful, or 'unsuccessful' if the report generation fails for any reason.
  • The generated report will automatically open in a new window or tab, depending on how your Web Browser is configured to open new windows, as seen in the orange outline image annotation above (see the "***NOTICE" below regarding the opening of new windows)..
  • You can re-open a report generated earlier in the day by clicking the "view report" link in the grid.
  • The report results grid above is ordered by the "Generated Date-time" column. Click the column header to toggle the order to be by ascending or descending generated date and time.

Some reports can be generated without the need to apply any additional criteria parameters. The grid row will not expand for those.

Grid results are transient

The log of your generated reports in the grid will clear if you refresh your browser window, or logout and log back in. You can use your Browser's History to re-open a report generated earlier in the day.
